Using the OUVÈ PEYI A site constitutes acceptance of these terms.
2. About the movement
OUVÈ PEYI A is a national movement using music, football, pride, merchandise and community mobilization to support Haiti and the National Team as fans.
3. Donations
Donations are facilitated through AHVED, our partner. OUVÈ PEYI A is not a payment processor. No tax-deductibility claim without confirmation of AHVED's status and the donor's country. Fund allocation is proposed, not guaranteed.
4. No official affiliation
References to the National Team / football are fan support only. No official partnership with FHF, FIFA or CONCACAF without written confirmation.
5. Shop
Products, pricing and shipping governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Prices are proposed and subject to change.
6. Intellectual property
The OUVÈ PEYI A name, logo and content are protected. Use without written permission is prohibited.
7. User conduct
No abuse, fraud or illegal content in forms. We reserve the right to block users who violate these rules.
8. Third-party content
External links (AHVED, social media) have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content.
9. Limitation of liability
The site is available "as is." Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
